You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beauty E-Cademy and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
PRICES
All prices are correct at the time of printing. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
ONLINE PRICE ERRORS
If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the item(s) to you. We will contact you when we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
MISSING ITEMS – KITS & EQUIPMENT
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the Item(s) and we will send you the missing Item(s) as soon as possible.
FAULTY ITEMS – KITS & EQUIPMENT
If Goods are faulty on arrival, we may agree to their return on the following conditions:
I) The Buyer contacts Beauty E-Cademy within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and will be entitled to a full refund. If after 7 days (up to 28 days), the buyer needs to return the goods, they will only be eligible for an exchange or credit on their account.
II) Depending on the decision taken once The Buyer has contacted Beauty E-Cademy, all returns must be accompanied with a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to return your product to you and reserve the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. You must inform us if you change your address.
III) The goods must be returned in its original packaging (Returns address – Pro Impressions, Returns Department, 29 Cannock Street, Leicester, LE4 9HR)
IV) A refund for carriage charges will be made to The Buyer once the goods are received back.
V) No carriage charges will be applied to any goods received faulty (not including electrical goods).
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY FOR ALL ELECTRICAL GOODS – KITS & EQUIPMENT
The definition of warranty means we will either repair any faulty component or replace if not repairable.
I) The warranty is subject to proof of purchase being provided; therefore you should retain your original receipt. If you do not have the receipt, the warranty will not apply.
II) We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use on delivery and for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
III) In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
IV) If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will ask you to follow the instructions for returning the Product that we will provide you, and we will take one of the following actions:
(1) Replace the Product with a product that is the same or equivalent to the Product you purchased;
(2) Repair the Product; or
(3) Refund to you the whole or part of the purchase price of the Product.
V) If the product is dead upon arrival (DOA), then we will cover the carriage charge of the product to and from the buyer. Please retain all original packaging in case of this.
VI) If after 28 days of purchase, the product develops a fault or breaks down, then the warranty is covered under our return to base policy. This implies that you, the buyer, shall return the product for repair or replacement at your own cost. We, the supplier shall then return the product back to you after the repair or as a replacement at our own cost.
Please ensure the product is well packaged as we will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused due to poor packaging when the item is in transit. It is advisable to retain all original packaging.
You must ensure that you send the product by a Tracked service i.e. Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.
VII) Repaired / replacement goods are sent back by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.
VIII) Any product returned for repair must be accompanied by a brief letter stating why The Buyer is returning the goods, along with their full contact details. If this information is not provided, we will be unable to return your product to you and reserve the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. You must inform us if you change your address.
IX) Warranty repair service is excluded if damage or defects have been caused by:
(1) Accidents or disasters or any cause beyond the control of Beauty E-Cademy, including but not limited to water, fire and public disturbances.
(2) The inadequate packaging of the product when returning it.
(3) Defects caused by modifications carried out by the customer
(4) Improper use, incorrect storage, faults/ damage caused by dropping, excessive shocks, corrosions, dirt or water/damp.
X) As far as the law allows, we will not be responsible for the following:
(1) Loss of income, profits (actual or anticipated), contracts or for any other business-related loss;
XI) This warranty is offered subject to these terms and conditions which may change from time to time.
CANCELLATIONS – KITS & EQUIPMENT
Cancellations after any order has been dispatched is not acceptable. If there is an error regarding the product or price we have the right to cancel the up until the goods have been received.
DELIVERY – KITS & EQUIPMENT
The Delivery of Goods will only be made to the address specified by The Buyer. We will not accept responsibility for goods that are signed for by no other than The Buyer. We do not offer the service of delivering goods to a neighbour or leaving goods in another safe place if The Buyer as such requests this from the postal/courier service it is at The Buyers own risk.
DELIVERY RATES – KITS & EQUIPMENT
Delivery rates may vary upon the service when placing any order, depending on the service that you require. It is The Buyer responsibility to supply a correct delivery address at the time of placing any order. We will accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend delivery rates without prior notification to The Buyer.
DELIVERY TERMS – KITS & EQUIPMENT
All orders will be dispatched on the next day after placing the order unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and Friday after 2.00pm will be processed the next working day (i.e Monday or Tuesday if a bank holiday occurs)
ONLINE COURSES
All online courses are non-refundable as we incur a registration fee regardless of whether the course is accessed and/or completed. Please ensure that online courses meet your needs, that you have a suitable device connected to the internet to access the learning portal and that you can source the products/tools/models you require to complete the necessary case studies to pass the course and obtain a certificate.
Students who purchase online beauty courses through our website will receive an automated email for instant sign-up. When you access the learning portal make sure to check the details we have for you and to email our team at support@beautyecademy.com about the changes you made.

Diploma Certificates
Certificates are issued by email within 2 working days after meeting all requirements, such as successfully passing the quiz and/or case study approval by Beauty E-Cademy staff.
